Scholarship Applications Due April 17, 2017

In Standard Essay format, tell us about yourself. The focus of the Sawnee Woman’s Club is community improvement. How has your involvement in the community influenced who you are today and the person you will become in the future? The essay should contain a minimum of 1000 words and not exceed 3 typed pages in 12 point font, single spaced.

Download and complete the entry form and return with your essay to your high school Guidance Counselor’s Office no later than Monday, April 17, 2017.

Eligibility:

  1. Graduating Senior (male or female) who will be enrolled as a college freshman in the Fall of 2017
  2. Minimum G.P.A. of 3.0
  3. Forsyth County resident

 

2017 Scholarship Awards:

$2000 – First Place
$1000 – Second Place
